Dwight Webb is Native Texan whose roots are reflected in nearly every dish prepared by this accomplished Executive Chef with over 25 years of experience in the kitchen. Happy diners are always pleasantly surprised to discover a subtle Texas twist in the food that Dwight prepares for them, whether found at a formal dining table, a buffet meal, or Hors d’oeuvres reception. Having lived in the New Braunfels/Boerne area for the past 22 years, Webb has headed up the kitchen of some of the San Antonio area’s most prestigious establishments, including the Plaza Club of San Antonio, the San Antonio Country Club, and the Clubs of Cordillera Ranch. He credits his culinary training, a three-year formal apprenticeship at the Westin Hotel, Galleria Dallas, as being his springboard to success. Dwight brings to Kronkosky Place a creative imagination with food, a practiced palate, and a willingness to serve the Boerne area community. He is an outdoors addict and avid fly angler.
